Registration and payment
Registration is possible via the blue button below by filling in the registration form. The payment must be made in full unless specifically stated. The registration is only considered complete when the payment has been received. Registration fees are exempt from VAT.

Proof of student/doctoral status will be requested from participants who pay student fees.
Participants who require an invoice, please send the completed customer information form to and follow the payment instructions on the invoice that will be sent to you upon receipt of the form.
Participants who don’t need an invoice, can make the payment online (preferred option; make sure the name of the participant is mentioned in the description) or by bank transfer (only a proof of payment can be issued upon request).

Registration Confirmation
A confirmation of registration will be sent to the participant immediately, including a request for payment and bank coordinates to perform it.
If the email confirmation has not been received within 24 hours after registration, please contact the BPS at .
The registration is only considered complete when payment has been received.
