21 March: deadline to register for young speakers contest pre-selection
27 March: pre-selection of young speakers at the Royal Military Academy in Brussels
26 April: extended abstract submission deadline (later submissions will not be considered for oral presentation)
26 April: end of early registrations for participants (new deadline)
15 May: end of late registrations for participants
